The typical fashion and beauty magazines are the ones that teenage girls would buy and see the size 0 models then aspire to be them, the ones who have the latest beauty products which are ridiculously expensive that teenagers are unable to afford,  and the latest styles straight off the catwalk. The popular ones of this genre include, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, In Style, Teen Vogue, and Company.

These magazines are expensive and as they already have expensive products in it becomes difficult for purchases to be made due to low student funding, therefore my magazine would be of a low cost so that it is more accessible for my target audience. All products advertised in the magazines are typically used by rich and famous celebrities that then encourage others to purchase them also for those who admire the celebrities will push the sales of both the product and the magazine.
